I’m a wife, mum of three, and the founder of Tempo Nutrition.
I’m a Nationally Recognised Nutritionist (Nutrition Council of Australia), Health & Wellness Coach, Sports Nutrition Coach, and a Certified Coach in Nutrition for Perimenopause and Women 40+.
While I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for about 10 years, I often felt there was a missing piece. I was training consistently, yet struggling to fully achieve my health goals because I didn’t truly understand nutrition — or how to make it work for me. That realisation sparked my journey into nutrition and shaped the way I now support others.
Before moving into the nutrition space, I spent more than 20 years directing the operational needs of events and media companies. It was a fast-paced role that demanded organisation, adaptability, and balance. Through that experience, I learned first-hand how essential rhythm and structure are — not just in work, but in life and health. Today, I draw on those same skills to help my clients create sustainable routines and discover their own version of balance.
At Tempo Nutrition, my goal is to help both men and women achieve their health goals, with a particular focus on supporting women navigating perimenopause and beyond. I’m passionate about helping women understand their changing bodies and feel confident making food and lifestyle choices that genuinely work in the real world.
Good nutrition isn’t about perfection — it’s about finding your rhythm, living in balance and thriving at your own pace. I believe in balance over restriction and that feeling your best should never mean giving up the things you love.
Outside of work, I'm happiest when I'm hanging out with my family, planning our next travel adventure, strength training at the gym, watching the sunrise or enjoying a chilled white wine with Asian fusion — a reminder that nourishment and enjoyment can (and should) coexist.
